When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find your seat and read the program notes.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Your tickets will be available for pickup 30 minutes before the performance at our Patron Desk near the hall entrance.

What happens if I'm late?

The ushers will seat late arrivals at the first break in music.

Will I understand the words?

Your program will include English translations of all pieces in the performance, and supertitles will project the English translations above the stage.

Will photos and/or video be taken at events?

By participating in Vocal Arts DC events, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the videos or photos taken during the event, including any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the organization’s goals. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use any videos or photos for printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

Where do the recitals take place?

Our 2026-2027 season will take place in two venues – Live! At 10th & G, and The French Embassy. Both venues are general seating (first come, first served). Live! At 10th & G does have two different sections. For more info, visit our subscription page.

Are your performances accessible?

If you require wheelchair seating at either venue, please contact us at info@vocalartsdc.org.
